Job Summary
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their learning needs, explaining our training programs and services, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings or closing sales. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads.
- Explain our courses, training programs, and services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a great customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections confidently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Course Selling, EdTech Sales, CRM Sales, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, or Product Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
