We're looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to lead digital growth for two fast-growing brands:
- Veyn - A premium women's activewear brand.
- Pilot Shala - India's leading DGCA CPL Exam Preparation Platform.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.
This is a hands-on execution role. We are looking for someone who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns. This is not a strategy-only or team management position.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.
- Improve ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, and Organic Traffic.
- Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and tracking.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Take complete ownership of digital growth for both brands.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing & SEO.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with D2C, E-commerce, or EdTech brands is a plus.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building, testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns based on data.
Compensation
₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month
