We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote and sell IT services including web development, app development, software development, and digital marketing services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling IT services, SaaS products, or digital marketing services.
- Knowledge of web development, mobile app development, and software solutions.
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer, or other B2B lead generation platforms is a plus.
