Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic Junior Field Sales Executives to onboard shippers onto the TRUCKRR LOADS platform. The role involves field visits, understanding shipper requirements, demonstrating the Loads feature, driving app adoption, and converting subscriptions.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Visit shippers in the assigned locations as per the planned schedule
- Interact with shippers to understand their business operations and identify the challenges they face while booking trucks.
- Explain the TRUCKRR Loads platform, including its key features, benefits.
- Provide a live demo of the app by showing shippers how to post loads and use the application effectively.
- Assist shippers in downloading the application and guide them in registration and onboarding process.
- Explain the available subscription plans, advantages of using the platform, and make them to subscribe.
- Convert interested shippers into active users and paid subscribers.
- Maintain a database of all shippers contacted during field visits, including their contact details and business information.
- Collect feedback regarding the platform, demo experience, and overall usability of the application.
- Share the shipper database, posted load details, with the Customer Support (CS) team for further follow-up and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain app/web-based platforms
- Willingness to work in the field and travel locally
- Basic Smartphone, app, and web usage knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
