Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to take ownership of the visual branding and static content for our clients. You will be responsible for creating premium, high-converting social media graphics, YouTube thumbnails, brand logos, and marketing collaterals. The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic sensibility, a strong command of traditional design software, and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to push the boundaries of digital imagery.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Social Design: Design highly engaging, platform-optimized static posts, carousels, and stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Thumbnail Creation: Conceptualize and design high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) thumbnails for YouTube and other video platforms to maximize viewer retention and initial clicks.
Identity & Branding: Assist in developing brand identities, logos, and visual guidelines for new client onboardings, ensuring a minimalist and upmarket look.
AI Integration: Utilize advanced AI-generated imagery tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or DALL-E) to enhance workflows, generate unique assets, and bring complex creative ideas to life.
Creative Strategy: Work closely with the social media management and video production teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all client campaigns.
Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and deliver design files efficiently within agency deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
Software Proficiency: Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Aesthetic Alignment: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of modern, professional, and minimalist design themes.
AI Savvy: Hands-on experience or a strong willingness to master AI image generation tools for commercial use.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple client deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment without compromising on premium quality.
