Job Title: AI Architect

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions across enterprise platforms. This role is critical to the formation and success of the AI Guild and will involve both strategic planning and hands-on development.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
AI Solution Architecture:
- Design scalable AI architecture using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, AI Foundry, Azure services and related AI tech stack.
- Define solution blueprints and integration strategies for AI components.
- Ability to quickly understand the customer business, processes and technical landscape, identify opportunities and develop solutions leveraging AI tools & technologies with production ready quality.
Automation & Conversational AI:
- Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop intelligent agents and chatbots using Copilot Studio.
Development & Deployment:
- Write and maintain Python scripts for data processing and model training.
- Good understanding of deploying models and services on Azure Foundry or equivalent platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Present solution designs and progress updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Team Enablement:
- Mentor junior developers in the team on AI and related skillset.
- Support internal upskilling initiatives aligned with the AI Guild roadmap.
- Contribute and lead account-level AI initiatives.
Governance & Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Promote best practices in AI development and deployment.
Required Proficiencies:
Technical Skills – Must Have:
- Strong experience in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Python and Generative AI.
Technical Skills – Good to Have:
- Familiarity with Azure Foundry or similar cloud-native platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
Preferred:
- Experience in forming or contributing to AI Guilds or Communities of Practice.
- Azure AI / Generative AI certifications.
