About the Role - Ideacraft Eventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer who can independently manage the complete Odoo ERP ecosystem—from development and customization to deployment, integrations, performance optimization, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo Community & Enterprise modules.
- Design and implement new modules based on business requirements.
- Customize existing workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Integrate Odoo with payment gateways, logistics, CRM, ERP, accounting software, WhatsApp, SMS, email services, and other business applications.
- Perform database design, optimization, backup, migration, and maintenance using PostgreSQL.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Handle Odoo installation, deployment, upgrades, version migration, and server management.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Conduct testing, debugging, code reviews, and ensure application stability.
- Provide technical support and resolve production issues whenever required.
Required Technical Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
- Strong expertise in Python and the Odoo Framework.
- Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, QWeb, and Owl Framework.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON-RPC/XML-RPC, and third-party API integrations.
- Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, security, workflows, scheduled actions, automated actions, and server actions.
- Experience with Git/GitHub or GitLab for version control.
- Familiarity with Linux server administration, Docker, and deployment processes.
- Good understanding of accounting, inventory, sales, purchase, manufacturing, HR, CRM, and other Odoo modules.
- Experience in performance tuning and database optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo versions 18.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure.
- Experience in CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of projects.
