Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Conduct site assessments and analyze existing space conditions.
Develop comprehensive space planning concepts that maximize the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the space.
Create detailed design proposals, including layout sketches and material specifications.
Prepare and present design presentations to clients, highlighting proposed concepts and solutions.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure project deadlines are met.
Provide ongoing support during the construction phase, including site visits and quality control.
Maintain project documentation and client communication to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
