Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical, photometric, thermal, and functional testing of LED luminaires and drivers.
- Assist in conducting reliability tests such as THB, endurance, switching, temperature rise, surge, and IP tests.
- Record, analyse, and maintain test data and test reports.
- Support product validation activities for New Product Development (NPD) projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and internal quality requirements during testing and validation activities.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting.
- Basic knowledge of LED luminaires, LED drivers, and electrical circuits.
- Understanding of electrical parameters and measurements such as Voltage, Current, Power Factor, THD, and Efficiency.
- Familiarity with testing instruments, including:
- Multimeter
- Power Analyzer
- Lux Meter
- Thermal Camera
- Oscilloscope (basic level)
- Basic knowledge of BIS requirements, IS 10322, and other lighting product standards will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
