Job Purpose:
The Senior Associate – HR will provide vital operational and administrative support to the Shore HR team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of HR policies and procedures - ranging from administrative support to recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, training and development facilitation, employee engagement activities etc., while providing the team with accurate data for decision-making.
Main Duties and Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
1. HR Administration & Clerical Support
* Records Management: Maintain and update physical and digital employee files for all shore-based staff, ensuring all documents (contracts, passports, visas) are current.
* Letters & Documentation: Draft standard HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
* Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily office attendance and leave records, coordinating with the payroll team to provide necessary inputs.
* Office Coordination: Manage the logistics for office events, town halls, and internal meetings.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination
* Sourcing Support: Assist the Asst. Manager in screening resumes from job portals for shore-based roles.
* Updating the Recruitment Tracker & Storing the Post Interview Evaluation Feedback
* Onboarding: Prepare "Joining Kits" for new hires, set up workstations with IT, and collect all necessary joining formalities/documents.
3. Data Entry & Analytics Support
* HRIS Maintenance: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the HRIS, ensuring every employee movement is logged accurately.
* Data Extraction: Pull raw data reports (attrition, headcount, leave) for the Asst. Manager to use in monthly presentations.
* Excel Management: Maintain the "Master Database" of shore staff, ensuring zero errors in employee contact details or designations.
4. Performance & Training Support
* Appraisal Admin: Track the completion of performance appraisal forms during the annual review cycle.
* Training Logistics: Book venues, track attendance for shore-based training sessions, and collect feedback forms for ROI analysis.
Knowledge
- Strong command in MS Office Suite
- Working knowledge of HRMS Software/s

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
