Job Description:
Reform Media, a leading personal branding agency in India, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our network and drive ROI for Founders, Entrepreneurs, and Professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients, including business leaders and professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate business opportunities.
- Pitch and present Reform Media’s personal branding solutions to prospective clients.
- Handle negotiations, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and business expansion strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior experience in branding, digital marketing, or networking is an added advantage.
