About the Role
Seeking a highly motivated MBA intern with exposure to hospital administration or healthcare operations and a strong interest in artificial intelligence in healthcare.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Director’s Office to identify real-world clinical and operational challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions. The role also involves contributing to business planning, go-to-market strategies, and building strategic collaborations across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Healthcare Workflow & Pain Point Research
- Study workflows across dental clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers
- Identify operational, diagnostic, and administrative pain points
- Conduct structured interactions with dentists, doctors, and healthcare staff
2. AI Use Case Development
- Identify opportunities for AI integration in healthcare and dental workflows
- Develop structured frameworks: Problem → Data → AI Solution → Business Impact
- Build use cases across diagnostics, workflow automation, patient management, and revenue optimization
3. AI Market & Competitive Research
- Research AI companies in the dental and broader healthcare space
- Analyze products, business models, target users, and technology approaches
- Identify market gaps and strategic opportunities
4. Research & Ecosystem Mapping
- Identify and map key stakeholders including researchers, founders, AI healthcare professionals, and academic leaders
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, research publications, and startup ecosystems
- Build and maintain a structured database of relevant individuals and organizations
5. Stakeholder Outreach & Strategic Collaborations
- Engage with dentists, clinics, hospitals, academicians, and research institutions
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, pilot programs, and clinical validation
- Support partnership development with:
- Dental colleges
- Research institutes
- Healthcare organizations
6. Business Planning & Go-To-Market Strategy
- Assist in building business plans for AI-based healthcare solutions
- Develop go-to-market strategies for dental and healthcare products
- Analyze customer segments, pricing, positioning, and distribution channels
7. Reporting & Strategy Support
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Present insights to the Director’s Office
- Support strategic decision-making for AI product development
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Excellent communication and research capabilities
- Ability to conduct primary and secondary research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to hospital administration or healthcare consulting
- Strong interest in AI, healthcare technology, or digital health
Key Deliverables
By the end of the internship, the candidate is expected to deliver:
- 15–20 validated healthcare or dental pain points
- 8–10 AI use cases mapped to real-world problems
- A structured analysis of AI companies in the healthcare domain
- A comprehensive database of key researchers and professionals
- Identified collaboration opportunities with clinics, colleges, and institutes
- A business plan and go-to-market strategy for selected AI solutions
- A final strategic recommendation report
