Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive for the night shift to manage patient registration, admissions, billing coordination, inquiries, and front desk operations. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors during night hours, ensuring smooth hospital operations and excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations
- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient registration, admissions, transfers, and discharge formalities.
- Handle inquiries regarding hospital services, appointments, consultants, and departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and registration details in the hospital management system.
Billing & Administrative Support
- Generate bills, receipts, and payment records as per hospital policies.
- Coordinate with billing and accounts departments for patient-related transactions.
- Verify patient documentation and maintain admission records.
- Ensure proper handling of cash, digital payments, and billing documentation during the shift.
Emergency & Patient Coordination
- Assist in handling emergency patient admissions during night hours.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments for patient requirements.
- Facilitate smooth communication between patients, attendants, and hospital staff.
- Provide guidance regarding hospital procedures and policies.
Telephone & Communication Management
- Attend incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Transfer calls to concerned departments and personnel.
- Record and communicate important messages accurately.
- Handle appointment-related inquiries and information requests.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily reports, admission records, and shift handover reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient registrations and admissions.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
Security & Shift Management
- Monitor visitor movement and ensure compliance with hospital visitor policies.
- Coordinate with security personnel when required.
- Report unusual incidents, complaints, or emergencies to the concerned authority.
- Ensure smooth handover of responsibilities to the next shift.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Front Office Operations will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospital front office, reception, customer service, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Working Conditions:
- Permanent night shift duty.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
