- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Appoint new distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Increase product availability and visibility in the market.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and customers.
- Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily sales reports, expense reports, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely deliveries.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration.
