ob Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle international voice interactions with customers. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Troubleshoot issues and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company processes
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Neutral or clear accent with strong listening skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
Educational Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirements)
Preferred Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in a BPO or customer support role (freshers can apply)
- Experience in international voice process is an added advantage
