We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and banquet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily restaurant and banquet operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower effectively
- Monitor inventory, food cost, and operational expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless operations
- Achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction scores
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant and the banquet
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is preferred
