Job Summary:
Plexus HoReCa Industries is looking for a skilled Bending Machine Operator to operate for sheet metal fabrication works. The candidate will be responsible for handling machine operations, ensuring cutting accuracy, and maintaining production quality standards. Well experienced with technical knowledge and experienced operators are welcome to apply.
Set up and operate bending machines (Press Brake ).
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders.
Adjust machine settings such as pressure, speed, and angle as per specifications.
Perform trial runs and inspect first-off components for accuracy.
Measure finished products using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
Ensure production targets are met within quality standards.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Report any machine malfunction to shift supervisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sheet metal bending or fabrication industry.
Knowledge of CNC/Press Brake operations.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
Good understanding of safety standards.
Ability to work in shifts.
Candidates in and around Sholavaram, Puzhal, Redhills and Minjur will be given first preferences.
