Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders for dine-in, takeaway and phone orders.
- Coordinate with delivery partners for online orders.
- Assist customers with menu queries, recommend popular items and upsell where appropriate.
- Prepare beverages such as espresso, lattes and fruit slushes (training will be provided).
- Handle billing and cash transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas.
- Assist with daily café operations as needed.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication and customer service skills. Prior experience and basic cooking or beverage knowledge are preferred but not mandatory. We value honesty, punctuality, responsibility and a willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome and training will be provided.
