Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic, customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team across our Hyderabad retail outlets. In this role, you will be the face of our store, interacting directly with sports enthusiasts and customers, helping them find the right products, and driving store sales.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience and keeping the outlet running smoothly.
- Customer Assistance: Greet and efficiently handle walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and guiding them to the right products.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Politely handle pricing queries and skillfully negotiate with customers to close retail sales while maintaining store profitability.
- Stock Maintenance: Responsibly manage inventory, ensure shelves are well-stocked, keep items neatly organized, and assist in stock verification.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain healthy, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Polite Communication: Maintain a courteous, welcoming, and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Requirements & Qualifications
We are seeking a proactive team player who meets the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum 10th Class passed or above (Intermediate / Diploma / Graduates are all welcome to apply).
- Experience: 1 year of retail sales experience OR Freshers with a strong drive to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Sharp negotiation and persuasive abilities, paired with strong interpersonal skills.
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and comfortably understand English, Telugu, and Hindi to assist our diverse customer base.
Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Sales Incentives: Earn extra rewards on top of your base pay by hitting store sales targets.
- Overtime Allowance: Compensation for any extra hours dedicated to store operations.
