Roles & Responsibility
- Responsible for warranty decision for the product defects reported to workshop.
- Detail reporting of complaint, investigation and rectification for vehicles under warranty.
- Follow up with DICV for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement.
- Upkeep of warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits.
- Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers for their respective parts warranty claim.
- Update workshop personnel on latest warranty policy changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warrant processing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to warrants.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Graduation
- 2+ Years of experience
