We are looking for a System Support Executive to provide technical support for computer systems, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Install operating system updates and security patches.
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required.
- Support email, VPN, and remote access issues.
- Follow IT policies and security best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/System Support (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Active Directory is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
