Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who can generate new business, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the local and surrounding market.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the field are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Visit wholesalers, retailers, and B2B clients regularly.
- Generate new leads and develop new customers in the assigned territory.
- Present company products and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with the internal team.
Market Activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Collect feedback from clients regarding product demand.
Reporting
- Submit daily visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper record of orders and payments.
- Coordinate with accounts & dispatch department for smooth delivery.
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Two-wheeler & driving license preferred

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & Excel for reporting
