Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Sales Head to lead the organization's sales function and drive business growth across residential, plotted development, and real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, building high-performing sales teams, and strengthening the company's market presence.
This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in real estate sales, team leadership, channel partner management, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales leadership team, including Regional Managers, AGM/DGM Sales, and Sales Managers.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, conversion ratios, and sales productivity.
- Establish and review sales targets at organizational, regional, and individual levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, investors, channel partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to develop competitive sales plans.
- Review sales forecasts, revenue reports, and business performance with senior management.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales processes, documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
- Lead negotiations for high-value transactions and support strategic business opportunities.
- Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's brand reputation in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or General Management is preferred.
Experience
- 15–20 years of progressive experience in Sales, with 8+ years in senior sales leadership roles.
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record of leading large sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets.
