About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative Art Director / Senior Visualizer with strong advertising agency experience to lead visual storytelling across brands and campaigns. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact creative work across digital, print, and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and marketing communication
- Translate briefs into compelling designs and creative executions
- Lead and guide junior designers/visualizers
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams
- Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an advertising/creative agency (mandatory)
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, and digital work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong conceptual thinking and typography skills
- Understanding of social media creatives, digital ads, and brand design
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Motion graphics/video skills are a plus
