We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect - AI/ML to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving architecture decisions, mentoring teams, and delivering innovative, production-grade AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
This role requires deep expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and MLOps, along with strong leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall AI/ML architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data ingestion, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions (LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG frameworks, etc.).
- Establish and implement MLOps frameworks for continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, and governance of ML models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists, ML engineers, and developers.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in AI ethics, data privacy, and model governance.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies for AI/ML initiatives.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization of AI systems.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and client discussions for AI/ML engagements.
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms will be an added advantage.
Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Proven experience in Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, RAG architectures).
- Expertise in MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) and familiarity with relevant AI/ML libraries.
- Experience in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) with AI/ML services.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and handling large-scale structured and unstructured data.
- Strong understanding of model lifecycle management, versioning, and monitoring.
Good-To-Have Skills

Experience with databases such as BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Exposure to vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for Gen AI use cases.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
- Experience in microservices architecture and API development.
