Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete employee lifecycle - onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlement.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS/database, and personnel files.
- Support recruitment coordination for junior to mid-level hiring.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Drive employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Support performance management process and HR policy implementation.
- Address employee grievances.
- ISO Audit
Statutory Compliance Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to the organization.
- Handle statutory compliance related to: Factory compliance, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, Trade License, Property tax, CLRA, etc.
- Coordinate with consultants/vendors for statutory filings and returns.
- Maintain registers, records, notices, and statutory documentation.
- Support labor inspections, audits, and internal compliance reviews.
- Ensure contractor compliance documentation (license, muster roll, wage register, challans).
- Track renewals of statutory licenses and registrations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / MSW / MLM, PGDM in HR / Personnel Management / BLM / BBA.
- 4–7 years of experience in HR generalist functions with strong exposure to statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws:
- New Labour Codes
- Experience in payroll coordination and compliance audits.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
- Ability to interact with employees, consultants, and government authorities.
