Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for the Domestic Voice Process role. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide excellent customer support while maintaining professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and politely
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain good communication with customers
- Follow company process and quality standards
- Update customer details in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Diploma / HSC
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to work in a team environment
