The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and result-driven Relationship Manager to drive B2B business growth across the West Region.
If you love building relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced creative environment — this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
✅ Identify and acquire new B2B clients across the West Region ✅ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting ✅ Engage and pitch to CXOs, Marketing Heads & key decision-makers ✅ Drive revenue through IndiaPicture's digital media & content solutions ✅ Own the full sales cycle — from first call to final closure ✅ Maintain CRM records and share regular pipeline updates with leadership
Who We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
Background in Digital Media, SaaS, Martech, Performance Marketing or Creative Industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation & client handling skills
Proven ability to hit targets and acquire new clients
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable with outbound sales
Based in Delhi NCR (New Delhi / Noida / Gurugram)
