We are looking for a talented Architect (B.Arch) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and executing high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, plans, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Create presentation materials and visualizations using Photoshop.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and project coordination.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
