Documentation & Customer Support Executive

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
DWATT Energy Solutions is looking for a responsible and energetic Documentation & Customer Support Executive to manage customer documentation, coordinate with government offices, and support our solar project execution team.
This role involves both office and field work. The ideal candidate should be organised, communicate well with customers, and be willing to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect KYC and project documents from customers.
- Verify and organise customer documents.
- Prepare and process KSEB application documents.
- Submit documents to KSEB offices and follow up until completion.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pending documents and approvals.
- Support customers with bank loan documentation and application procedures.
- Deliver and hand over physical loan documents to respective banks and financial institutions.
- Collect customer payments and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with internal sales and project teams for documentation updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all project files and customer communications.
- Provide regular status updates to the management team.
Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in documentation, banking, customer service, or field coordination is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, PDF).
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a two-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel within Kerala whenever required.
- Honest, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Salary & Benefits
- Training Period (First Month): ₹13,000 - 15,000
- Salary After Training: Starting from ₹15,000 - 20,000 per month (Salary HIke only after Completing 6 Months)
