We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Counter Salesman to assist customers, process sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the billing/POS system.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is clean and organized.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
