Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our service team in managing customer relationships, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service requests and service call management through Salesforce.
- Monitor and follow up on open service calls, ensuring closure within 3 working days.
- Manage issuance and tracking of loan spare parts to customers.
- Lead recovery activities for pending loan spare parts and maintain records.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly service activity reports with the Service Head.
- Promote and offer Komax Care (AMC) contracts to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare AMC proposals and manage renewal opportunities to drive service revenue.
- Generate and follow up on on-demand service quotations and customer requirements.
- Coordinate warranty order processing and return material (RMA) handling activities.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, update Komax Care contracts, and monitor service revenue performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Excel, and reporting systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
