- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and networks
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (virtual & face-to-face)
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Pitch recruitment services to clients
- Onboard new clients and manage relationships
- Achieve monthly hiring and client acquisition targets
- First three months training period with stipend of Rs.8K
- Salary will be paid after third month.
