Gradeup Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, articulate Mental Mathematics & Olympiad Instructor to deliver interactive live online classes. In this role, you will teach our flagship Mental/Vedic Maths curriculum, guide young learners through competitive Olympiad-level mathematics, and conduct high-energy demo sessions that convert prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Flagship Live Sessions: Deliver structured, highly engaging online classes in Mental Maths, Vedic Maths tricks, rapid calculation techniques, and conceptual arithmetic.
- Olympiad Math Training: Train students in advanced logical reasoning, higher-order thinking skills (HOTS), and problem-solving strategies tailored for national and international Math Olympiads (IMO, SOF, ZenQuest).
- High-Impact Demo Delivery: Host energetic, 20–30 minute live demo sessions for prospective parents and students that clearly demonstrate speed maths results and build strong enrollment intent.
- Student Mentorship: Track individual student learning milestones, review assignments, and provide actionable feedback to parents on academic progress.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Strong subject mastery in Mental Maths, Vedic Maths shortcuts, and competitive school-level Olympiad mathematics.
- High-energy, dynamic teaching style capable of maintaining student focus and enthusiasm in a virtual classroom.
- Prior experience in online teaching, Olympiad coaching, or EdTech demo delivery preferred.
- Flawless verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Dedicated home-teaching setup: reliable laptop/PC, high-speed internet, digital stylus/drawing tablet (preferred), and a quiet environment.
