We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Support Consultant to ensure the stability, performance, and quality of SAP Production Planning (PP) systems, supporting business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Deliver and support SAP PP solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Prioritise and complete assigned tasks in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Ensure that all configuration changes and new processes are documented and coordinated according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with consultants, Functional Leads, Solution Architects, and IT representatives to deliver new functionality and improve business efficiencies.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and promote a cooperative, customer-focused attitude within and between departments.
- Monitor and report on status, plans, issues, and improvement proposals to management.
- Safeguard the consistency of data structures and definitions across the organisation.
- Proactively clarify work instructions, analyse issues, and ensure thorough follow-up on all tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- Minimum 4–6 years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP PP
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP)
- Strong expertise in production planning, demand management, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), production orders and execution, capacity planning, shop floor integration, and master data (BOM, routing, work centres)
- Proficient in written and spoken English, with strong presentation and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international environment and relate to both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong prioritisation skills, adaptability, and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience interacting with business and IT teams in Europe, Asia, and North America
- Experience with integration to other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO, EWM)
- Experience with JIRA, Xurrent, or similar tools
- Global implementation and shared services experience
