Tachyon Technologies is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our growing team!
Location: Noida Sector 63 (Onsite)
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate relationships.
Work on multiple IT technologies and client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
1–2 years of US IT recruitment experience.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, visa types, and US staffing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
