HR Manager – Operations & Compliance
ESEPL Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently handle HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, and manpower management.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
* Attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
* Payroll processing and salary sheet preparation.
* EPF & ESIC registration, filing, UAN generation, and statutory compliance.
* Labour law compliance and employee records management.
* Experience in Odoo HR/Payroll and advanced MS Excel.
* Employee grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.
* Coordination with Accounts, Operations, and Project teams.
* Client coordination and manpower deployment.
* Preparation of MIS reports and monthly compliance reports.
Requirements:
* 3–5+ years of HR Operations experience.
* Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Payroll, Labour Laws, and Excel.
* Experience in the Manpower/Facility Management industry preferred.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
