Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor security guards deployed at assigned sites. Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance. Conduct regular site inspections and security checks. Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures. Handle emergencies, incidents, and client concerns promptly. Train, guide, and evaluate security personnel. Maintain records and prepare operational reports. Coordinate with clients and company management regarding site requirements. Ensure proper deployment and discipline of security staff. Requirements Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). Experience in security services, supervision, or related field preferred. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage teams and multiple locations. Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills. Physically fit and capable of handling emergencies.
