Shivam Video is an AV solutions company specializing in creative LED setups, immersive visual experiences and content production for large-scale corporate and live events. With over three decades of industry presence, we deliver visually compelling experiences for brands and event agencies across India.
We are looking for a dedicated and technically inclined Technical Intern to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in LED installations, event setups and AV equipment handling. The intern will work closely with the technical team in warehouse operations as well as on-ground event execution.
Responsibilities:
1.Technical Support & Installation:
Assist in installation and setup of LED screens at warehouse and event sites.
Support the team in checking LED panels, processors and related equipment.
Learn and assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Help in handling LED pixel repairs and maintenance under supervision.
2.Warehouse & Event Operations:
Work from the warehouse for equipment preparation and testing.
Assist in loading, unloading and organizing AV equipment.
Support on-ground event execution and dismantling processes.
Ensure proper handling and safety of equipment during operations.
3.Technical Learning & Coordination:
Learn to operate LED consoles and related systems.
Assist senior team members during live event setups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.
4.General Support:
Be flexible to work on different technical and operational tasks as required.
Be open to travel to different event venues and company branches when needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / pursuing or completed graduation in Electronics, Electrical or related field.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in LED technology and AV equipment.
- Willingness to learn installation, repair and technical operations.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on event sites and warehouse environments.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Basic problem-solving ability and technical curiosity.
