Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, promote our healthcare and wellness services, and strengthen community engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare marketing, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to develop and execute effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Aralya’s healthcare and wellness services.
- Create engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, promotional materials, and community outreach programs.
- Plan, coordinate, and support wellness events, health camps, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, corporate partners, community organizations, and referral networks.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media platforms, email campaigns, and online promotions.
- Support branding, advertising, and patient engagement initiatives to enhance visibility and customer retention.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Assist in lead generation, patient acquisition, and relationship management activities.
- Stay updated on healthcare and wellness industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare, wellness, fitness, or related industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for healthcare, wellness, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
