Job Description:-
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Export to lead and expand our international business operations. The candidate will be responsible for export sales growth, overseas distributor management, market expansion, and order execution for FMCG / cosmetic products.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and manage export markets across Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, CIS, and other regions
- Appoint, manage, and grow international distributors, importers, and channel partners
- Drive export sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration
- Handle pricing, negotiations, contracts, MOQs, and payment terms
- Coordinate with internal teams for production planning, logistics, documentation, and dispatch
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, INCOTERMS, FEMA, and country-specific regulations
- Manage export documentation such as LCs, invoices, packing lists, COO, MSDS, and product registrations
- Track shipments, payment realization, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence for management
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Education: Graduate / MBA in International Business, Sales, or Marketing (preferred)
- Experience: 5–10 years in export sales (FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care preferred)
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade norms
- Proven experience in overseas distributor development and B2B export sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirement
