Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design concepts and the ability to transform design ideas into high-quality 3D visualizations.
You will be responsible for creating realistic 3D interior designs, preparing working drawings, developing design concepts, and coordinating with clients and project teams to bring projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D interior models, renders, and walkthroughs for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and project briefs.
- Prepare floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Select and present appropriate materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other team members.
- Make design revisions based on client feedback.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with project budgets.
- Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and verify measurements.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and 3D models.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
- Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
- Good understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, lighting, and color schemes.
- Ability to create realistic and visually appealing 3D renders.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic Photoshop/Adobe tools is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Residential and commercial interior design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D interior projects.
- Knowledge of current interior design styles and materials.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and client-handling skills.
