Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager with a strong civil execution background who can independently manage medium-scale sites from start to finish.
This role requires someone who understands:How to set up and mobilize a site
- How to manage supervisors and contractors.
- How to drive execution as per drawings and timelines.
- How to close projects with proper documentation and final billing.
This is not a desk role — this is an ownership-driven site leadership role.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Setup & Execution
- Mobilize and set up new project sites
- Understand drawings and execution methodology
- Ensure site readiness before execution begins
- Oversee installation and execution of façade/structural elements
2. Team Management
- Lead and manage site supervisors
- Coordinate with contractors and labor teams
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and accountability on site
- Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings
3. Project Monitoring
- Monitor progress across 2–3 sites simultaneously
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and timelines
- Identify delays, technical challenges, and resolve them proactively
- Maintain daily/weekly reporting to leadership
4. Client Coordination
- Interact with clients on-site
- Handle execution-related discussions professionally
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and site realities
5. Project Closure & Handover
- Take complete ownership of site closure
- Ensure snag-list completion
- Close final billing
- Obtain signed handover documentation from clients
Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience in civil construction / structural execution / façade execution
- Strong understanding of medium-sized construction projects
- Experience managing supervisors and contractors
- Comfortable handling multiple sites
- Strong execution mindset and decision-making ability
- Ability to take ownership without constant supervision
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Experience in metal façade or architectural envelope is a plus — but strong civil execution experience is equally acceptable.
