Position: Telecaller Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Big Pitcher, Indiranagar, Bengaluru
Company: Foodale India Private Limited
CTC: ₹20,000 per month + Service Charge (as applicable)
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting restaurant offers and events, generating leads, handling reservations, and maintaining positive customer relationships to increase footfall and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote restaurant offers, events, memberships, and special promotions.
- Generate leads for corporate bookings, birthday parties, team outings, and private events.
- Follow up with customers regarding reservations, inquiries, and feedback.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams for event bookings and customer requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding services and promotions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum PUC / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused attitude with pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, clubs, pubs, hotels, or event management companies.
- Knowledge of corporate sales and event bookings will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Service Charge: As per company policy

Pay: ₹8,515.91 - ₹25,000.00 per month
