Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Technical Installation Team Leader to supervise and execute installation work of rolling shutters, sectional doors, entrance automation systems, and loading equipment. The candidate will lead the installation team, ensure timely project completion, and maintain quality and safety standards at site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise installation team at project sites.
- Handle installation of rolling shutters, sectional doors, high-speed doors, dock levelers, and automation systems.
- Read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Ensure proper alignment, fitting, wiring, and functioning of products.
- Coordinate with the sales and production team for project execution.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools & equipment.
- Solve on-site technical issues.
- Guide and train junior technicians and helpers.
- Maintain site progress reports and submit daily updates.
- Ensure work completion within timeline and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of shutter and automation installation.
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read drawings and take site measurements.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel for site work.
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical (preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in installation work.
- Experience in team handling preferred.
Salary:
- As per experience + Site Allowance
