Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, and referrals.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and services to prospective clients.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and conversion data.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Build strong relationships with potential customers for better conversion.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
