- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chat channels.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns and issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening and understanding customer needs.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
- Ensure quick resolution of issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Average Handling Time (AHT)
- First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
