JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, understand customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience while achieving business targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and address their queries promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, appointments, and site visits when required.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
- Responsible for converting leads into successful closures, achieving assigned sales targets, and earning performance-based incentives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Prepare daily activity reports and maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
