Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Centre Head position for Firstcry Intellitots Geeta Nagar located in Geeta Nagar, Guwahati, Assam . The Centre Head will oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment for children. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing educational programs, maintaining parent communication, ensuring effective administration of the center, and upholding the standards of the FirstCry Intellitots curriculum. The position also involves conducting staff training sessions and developing strategies for enrollment and growth.
Qualifications
Leadership and administrative skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and children
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and experience in preschool education
Organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Experience with curriculum implementation and student progress assessment
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Education or a related field
Proficiency with basic computer applications and administrative tools
Background in child psychology or Montessori education is a plus
