We are expanding our Endpoint Engineering practice and are looking for passionate engineers who enjoy building secure, automated, and scalable endpoint solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem.
Job Summary
As an Endpoint Engineer – Intune & Zero Trust, you will design, implement, and manage modern endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Zero Trust security principles. This is an engineering-focused role where you'll build standardized, scalable solutions rather than provide day-to-day end-user support.
You will collaborate with customers in the US and our device logistics team to deliver secure, zero-touch device deployments and maintain enterprise endpoint security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune environments, including:
- Windows Autopilot
- Device enrollment
- Compliance policies
- Configuration profiles
- Application deployment and packaging
- Windows Update Rings and Driver Management
- Design and implement Zero Trust security controls using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Configure and maintain Conditional Access policies and identity protection.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security baselines.
- Build standardized endpoint configurations for new customer environments.
- Collaborate with device provisioning teams to enable seamless zero-touch deployments.
- Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
- Review and validate AI-assisted engineering recommendations while ensuring accuracy and security.
- Continuously improve endpoint management processes through automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience designing and implementing Conditional Access policies and Zero Trust security models.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot, device compliance, and enterprise application deployment.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft 365 security solutions.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and support scheduled maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-300, or SC-200.
- Experience with enterprise device imaging and provisioning solutions.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as Healthcare or Manufacturing.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity while validating outputs.

- An L1/L2 Technical Support role
- A ServiceNow or ITSM administration role

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
